Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order ID. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within 15 minutes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number via email. You can track it on our Track Order page or through the courier’s website.

Order Modification & Cancellation
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Changes requested after this window may not be possible.

Late or Missing Orders
Orders usually arrive within 5–15 business days. If your order is delayed, email us at lexabuystore@gmail.com with your order number. We will contact the courier and provide an update as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please send us photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve it promptly.
